Delivery Policy
At Gadget Striker, we are dedicated to getting your tech into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. We ship to every corner of Bangladesh, from busy city centers to remote districts.
1. Shipping Timelines
Once your order is confirmed, our logistics partners work tirelessly to ensure timely arrival:
- Inside Dhaka: Expect your delivery within 1–3 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: Typically arrives within 2–5 business days.
*Note: Timelines may shift slightly during extreme weather, national holidays, or courier disruptions.
2. Transparent Delivery Charges
Keep an eye out for Free Delivery badges on selected premium items or during our seasonal promotions!
3. Order Processing & Tracking
We value your time. Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Any order placed after 6:00 PM will be handled the following business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or Email immediately.
- Once shipped, we share a tracking number so you can stay updated on your parcel’s journey.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
For your convenience, COD is available for all orders inside Dhaka City.
For deliveries outside Dhaka, we require a minimum advance payment of ৳200 to secure your order. Please note: This advance is non-refundable if the order is canceled after the product has already been dispatched.
5. Our Trusted Logistics Partners
To ensure your gadgets are handled with the utmost care, we partner only with the most reliable names in Bangladesh, including Steadfast, Sundarban Courier, Pathao Express, and our own dedicated Gadget Striker delivery team.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Communication is key. If a delivery fails because of incorrect contact info or if no one is available to receive the package, we will reach out to you to arrange a second attempt. Repeated failures without valid reasons may result in the order being canceled.
