3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • The original packaging, box, or included accessories are missing.

  • The item was a custom order or marked as “Final Sale.”

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected based on the product’s condition.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Payment Method: Funds will be sent back via your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).

5. Return Shipping & Logistics

If the return is due to our error (wrong item or factory defect), Gadget Striker will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases—such as a change of mind where applicable—the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to our warehouse.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is handed over to the courier. If the product has already been shipped, the standard return and refund rules will apply, and any shipping fees incurred will not be refundable.
