1. Our Commitment to Quality

At Gadget Striker, we stand behind the authenticity of our tech. Depending on the specific product, we offer a range of protection periods including 7 days, 3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 months. This period begins the moment you receive your product.

  • The Original Box is part of the product identity. Please keep it safe.
  • The Purchase Memo acts as your proof of ownership. We cannot process claims without these two items.

2. Understanding Warranty Coverage

Our warranty is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects—issues that happened at the factory, not in your hands. This includes internal hardware failure or software glitches inherent to the device.

However, tech is delicate. We cannot offer free services for “accidental” damages. This includes:

  • Physical impacts (cracked screens, dents, or broken ports).
  • Short circuits or “burning” caused by high-voltage chargers or power surges.
  • Liquid damage, even for products rated as water-resistant.

3. The Replacement & Repair Journey

We value your time. If your gadget has a fault, our technicians will first attempt a professional repair to restore it to factory standards. If it is beyond repair, we will provide a one-time replacement.

Please note: Once a product is replaced, the warranty cycle for that specific purchase is considered complete. Any further issues will be handled as “out-of-warranty” services.

4. Our 7-Day “Peace of Mind” Window

If your product arrives with a fault, we offer a 7-day replacement window. To qualify, the item must be pristine. We cannot replace units that show signs of personal use, such as micro-scratches, dust buildup, or removed protective seals.

5. Logistics & Sending Your Product

You are always welcome to drop by our Experience Center. If you prefer to use a courier, please ensure the item is packed securely. Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, as we focus our resources on providing the technical service and parts free of charge.

6. A Final Word of Advice

Gadgets are technical investments. We strongly encourage all our customers to read reviews, watch unboxings, and verify specifications before ordering. Products cannot be returned due to a change of mind or if they don’t meet an expectation that wasn’t part of the official specs.
